What we do
We can offer you a range of support that allows you to develop as an organisation.
We provide training on a range of topics from project management to marketing and communications. We have supported organisations to reflect on their overall structure and approach or to develop strategies to help focus and deliver their work. We also support organisations to develop organisation-wide impact frameworks and the accompanying tools so it is easy to tell others about the difference they make.
The difference we make
Our clients tell us we provide them with the expert knowledge and supportive approach that helps them build capacity and focus on outcomes. People value the fact we are practitioner focused so although the odd bit of jargon slips in, we try and make our approach as accessible as possible. They also tell us we bring energy, ideas and a wider understanding and perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the third sector. We are passionate, community minded and approachable and we bring this into our support work.
They were a key component in the success of our 8 year strategic programme involving 14 large partnerships across England. They provided part of the consultancy and support to those partnerships, built relationships with them, as well as developing training and resources for them.
